    Meet Corey

Corey Miletello, LCSW-S

With over 11 years of experience supporting individuals on their healing journeys, I am passionate about helping clients feel understood, empowered and capable of creating meaningful change.  I believe that therapy works best when it’s built on genuine connection and trust.  Drawing from my own personal experiences, I try to bring empathy and authenticity into every session to create a safe, nonjudgemental space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions freely while feeling supported every step of the way.

My approach is client-centered and blends techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).  Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or life transitions, I will work collaboratively with you to build coping skills, strengthen emotional resilience and move toward a more balanced, fulfilling life.
