I believe that counseling is a collaborative partnership between the counselor and client, and the foundation for this partnership is trust. I strive to create a safe and comfortable space in which my clients can untangle life’s struggles and any resulting patterns that are no longer serving them, as well as learn skills to empower them to take charge of their wellness.
