COVERAGE & PAYMENT

Insurance

We accept several major insurance plans and are happy to help you verify your coverage. Our goal is to make care accessible and straightforward — reach out before your first session to confirm eligibility and learn more about your options.

In Network Providers

We are in network providers for:

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield of Mississippi, Federal and AHS State Policies

  • United Healthcare/Optum

  • Medicaid

  • Medicare

  • Ambetter/Magnolia Health

  • Molina

  • Tricare

Out of Network

We are happy to provide you with a superbill for your insurance company to reimburse you for our services provided by fully licensed counselors (LPC and LCSW). However, we cannot guarantee any reimbursement.

Other Forms of Payment

  • Cash

  • Check

  • HSA / FSA Cards

  • All Major Credit Cards

We will be happy to file your insurance. Some plans require pre-authorization. It is advised to check with your insurance provider before the first session to determine if services will be covered.

Remember, your health insurance is a contract between you and your insurer. Therefore, you are responsible for payment of services rendered, regardless of whether and what amount your insurance company pays.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a session, 24-hour notice is required in order to avoid being charged 50% of the billable rate for the session
