Individual Therapy

Children & Adolescents
Ages 5 to 17. Including a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues, identifying strengths and weaknesses in a child’s development, cognitive strategies to build essential coping skills, process emotional issues, and helpful insight to equip your child to be successful.
Therapy for Couples

Therapy for Trauma
EMDR therapy is an extensively researched, effective psychotherapy method proven to help people recover from trauma and other distressing life experiences, including Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), anxiety, depression and panic disorders.
